BEXEL’s involvement in the West 65 project started from the very design of the complex. Our services included actual design authoring, design reviews and constructability analyses, detailed quantity takeoff for all construction disciplines, cost estimates for concrete works, interior partitions and façade works and construction scheduling for the first phase of construction
Our consultants started auditing construction progress in March, 2011. and have been providing productivity reports, planned vs. actual models and generated procurement plans and daily logs for the entire period of excavation, site preparation works and construction of underground levels.
